Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-10-28

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Publyo, operated by 64.138.465 ROBERTO ZBORALSKI (CNPJ 64.138.465/0001-96), Rua Joaquim Borges, 902, São Lourenço do Oeste – SC, 89990-000, Brazil, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Publyo turns source material you provide — typed text, uploaded documents or dictated audio — into an ebook, with AI assistance at each step: a brief, a chapter structure, chapter drafts, a cover, an EPUB file and a listing kit for publishing elsewhere. Publyo is an authoring tool. It does not publish on your behalf and it is not a bookstore.

3. Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your credentials and sign-in links private. Tell us at ops@parisgroup.ai if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

4. Plans, prices and what each one includes

Prices are in Brazilian reais (BRL) and paid by Pix, received through Modo Bank. Pix is available only from a Brazilian bank account.

  • Free — one book, a monthly allowance of AI generations, and the first chapter, the typographic cover and the in-app preview of that book.
  • Finish this book — one-time payment per book. Unlocks the remaining chapters, the illustrated cover, the listing kit and the EPUB download for that single book. It is charged once per book and never expires for that book.
  • The price depends on the size of the book. Each size has a maximum number of chapters, and the larger of the size you chose and the size your chapter count needs sets the price. After you pay, the book cannot move to a larger size; it can always stay the same size or become smaller. Sizes not offered for sale cannot be bought.

The current price is shown with the Pix code before you pay. A Pix code expires after a short time; an expired code cannot be paid and nothing is charged. The book unlocks once the Pix system confirms the payment. There is no subscription and nothing renews.

5. Refunds and right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in Brazil, the Consumer Code (Lei 8.078/1990, art. 49) gives you seven days from purchase to withdraw. If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you generally have fourteen days.

Because what you buy is delivered digitally and immediately, downloading the EPUB of a book counts as asking for delivery to begin and exhausts the withdrawal right for that book. Until you download it, write to ops@parisgroup.ai inside the window above and we refund the one-time payment in full, by Pix, to the account that paid it. AI generations already consumed are not refundable, since the cost was incurred when you ran them.

6. Your content and AI-generated content

The source material you provide stays yours, and we claim no ownership of the books you produce. You are responsible for holding the rights to everything you upload or dictate.

Chapters, covers and listing copy produced by Publyo are generated by AI models. Copyright in AI-generated material is unsettled and differs by country; we make no promise that any generated output is protectable, original, or free of resemblance to other works. Reviewing and editing the output before you publish it is your responsibility, and so is any disclosure of AI use that a publishing platform requires — Amazon KDP, for one, requires you to declare AI-generated content when you upload.

7. Publishing elsewhere — no affiliation

Publyo produces an EPUB file and a listing kit to help you publish on platforms such as Amazon KDP. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for Amazon or any other platform. Their rules govern their own services, they may reject or remove your book for reasons outside our control, and paying to finish a book here guarantees nothing about acceptance, sales, royalties or ranking anywhere else. The price recommendations in the listing kit are estimates, not advice.

8. Acceptable use

Do not use Publyo to produce unlawful content or content that infringes someone else's rights; do not attempt to reach other users' data; do not circumvent plan limits, payment gates or rate limits; and do not resell access to the service.

9. Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of availability, fitness or uninterrupted operation. AI output can be wrong, inconsistent or unusable. To the extent the law permits, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the event. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited — including consumer rights you hold under Brazilian law.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings, which removes your books. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms; where the breach is not serious, we tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.

11. Governing law and language

These terms are governed by Brazilian law. Consumers keep the protections and the forum their own country of residence grants them. This English text is a courtesy translation; the Portuguese version is authoritative and prevails in case of any difference.

12. Changes

We update the date at the top when these terms change and notify you by email before a material change takes effect. Continuing to use Publyo after that means you accept the new terms.
